Dataprint sealing machine

The dataprint sealing machine allows data for product traceability to be printed when the seal is applied to the product.

It is equipped with a stamping device that prints the alphanumeric batch and/or date on the seal with certified ink when it is inserted into the meat.

Models available:

• Sealing machine mod. Large Dataprint (with real-time printing of variable data).
• Sealing machine mod. Maxi Dataprint (with real-time printing of variable data).

The numbers or letters to be stamped are entered manually on a stamping pad that is inserted into the stamping device at the front of the sealing machine together with the ink tray.

Data can be printed in the following formats:

• On two lines up to 18 characters 3mm high; maxi seal
• On one line up to 6 characters 3mm high; large seal

Requirements for operation:

• Compressed air, max. 6 Bars
• To be hung with the balancer
