Die-cut study and research

Itasystem’s production in the development of boxes and packaging always begins with the study and design of the packaging. Together with the customer, we find the graphic style of the package, analyse possible print materials and choose the most suitable and consistent one for the specific technical requirements.

We then proceed with the design of the die-cut, an essential step in the creation of any packaging design. The die-cut is, in fact, the wooden tool that reproduces the packaging template for the precise cutting of the print material. From simple to more complex shapes, a good die-cut ensures optimum results and dynamic, smooth production.
