A prototype is a sample, a model used in the preliminary stage of packaging production. It is used to carry out print tests and check the robustness of the box before mass production. Itasystem invests time and resources in the development of packaging prototypes with the aim of testing the graphic and functional characteristics of the packaging before it goes into production. We use the prototype to check the colour rendering in print, whether the graphic design lives up to expectations and whether the box meets all the technical requirements requested in advance by the customer.
